I love weddings. There’s the obvious reason why: Seeing two people in love join their lives together is undeniably amazing. And there’s the selfish reason: I love putting together new head to toe outfits. I usually spend weeks thinking about accessories, shoes, and most importantly, what dress I’ll wear. (I will not get burnt again by waiting until the minute!) With my friend Molly’s wedding fast approaching, I started plotting my outfit and had a crazy thought: What if I wore pants to Molly’s wedding?
The idea seemed so earth shattering to my dress-loving world that I couldn’t help but to entertain it. I asked friends who felt equally uncomfortable with the question, but most of use came to the same conclusion: Why not? The wedding uniform for baby girls to grandmas seems to be the ever-present dress. But when it comes to fall and winter weddings, there’s no reason why pants shouldn’t be an option!

Would You Wear Pants to a Wedding?
Am I alone in thinking that wearing pants to a wedding is daring? Have you work pants to a wedding? What did you pair them with? Share your thoughts!
